Yes — for cohort members. We see the ETA community as a long-term partner, not a revenue line. The free Buyer Passport pricing is committed through 2027. No bait-and-switch.
What's the catch on off-market deals?+
There isn't one beyond standard NDA + Buyer Passport completion. We give cohort members a 7–14 day head start on new listings before they go fully public — your members don't compete with the entire searcher world on day one.
How is data privacy handled for student / member info?+
Cohort signup data is private to the member. We share aggregate stats with the program lead (counts, conversion rates) — never individual member financials, search criteria, or deal activity without explicit consent.
Do you take a fee on closed deals?+
No. MainStreet does not charge buyers a transaction fee. Brokerage commissions are between the buyer and the seller's broker (if any). We're not in the deal economics.
Can the cohort landing page have our branding?+
Yes. School / program logo, cohort intro copy, custom welcome video, member roster, and program-specific deal filters. Setup takes about a week.
Will you come speak to our cohort?+
Yes. We do 1–2 cohort talks per month and can also host AMAs, panels, or office hours. Useful topics: deal sourcing tactics, SBA financing, LOI negotiation, post-close 100 days.
