Submit the form below. We confirm CEPA / CPA / EPI credentials, set up your firm's profile and white-label settings (logo, color, intro copy).

Share a custom link with owner-clients. They complete a 12-section assessment in 30–45 minutes. Their answers and the resulting PDF are private to them — and shared with you if they opt in.

Quarterly client touch-points
Receive a quarterly market data report you can forward to clients: closed multiples in their industry, deal velocity, and buyer-pool depth. Becomes a natural conversation starter.

Listing referral when they're ready
When a client decides to sell, they can list directly on MainStreet (anonymous) or use a broker. Either way, we route them back to you for tax structuring and transition advisory.

What does white-label mean exactly?+

Your firm's logo and contact info appear on every exit-audit a client sees. Reports they download have your branding, not ours. Clients understand the assessment is delivered through your firm, powered by MainStreet's tooling.

Do you replace my role in the sale?+

No. Our job is to provide tools and a marketplace. Yours is the deeper trust relationship — tax structuring, deal-level negotiation, transition planning. When a client sells, we route them back to you for the advisory work that requires a CPA / CEPA.

Is the AI valuation 'real'?+

It's directionally useful, not a formal appraisal. We use industry-calibrated SDE multiples plus age premium and disclose the methodology. We're explicit with clients that it's a starting point — a Certified Valuation Analyst engagement is the right next step before a transaction.

What does it cost?+

Free for you and your clients during 2026. No platform fees, no per-audit charges. We may introduce a paid tier for premium features (bulk client management, advanced exit-readiness benchmarking) in 2027.

Is client data shared with third parties?+

No. Exit-audit answers and valuation outputs are private to the client and (with their permission) you. Aggregated, anonymized industry stats may be reported in our quarterly digest — never anything traceable to a specific client.

Can I bulk-invite my entire client base?+

Yes. Upload a CSV or send us a list and we'll generate personalized invite links. Most firms start with their top 10–15 clients to test the workflow before broader rollout.
